The service center seemed very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but there was a nice lobby area for me to wait and eat my lunch. It took them a little over an hour to complete the oil change and time rotation. The services were free of charge because my vehicle is certified, which was great! I did have to adjust the driver's seat settings quite a bit when I got back into my car, which I thought was odd. And one of my tires is registering 47 psi when the others were at 35 psi, which I also thought was strange. It was an overall good experience, however.

Everything generally was fine. They even scheduled me in last minute due to the scheduling for my appointment going to a different location. However they did a tire rotation, and didn’t change the tire pressure in my tires. I drive a 2500HD, and the back tires typically have more pressure in them for hauling. They did not adjust the pressure when they did the rot

For many years Alisha my Service Advisor, and the two Mechanics, Aaron and Bobby have been repairing and servicing our two vehicles flawlessly. The awesome above standard maintenance services and support is what drove our purchase of the 2025 Silverado. Fast forward to sales, Cole is the best salesman I've encountered in 55 years of purchasing vehicles. Cole listens to you, he's honest, straight forward, and diligently searched and found the truck I desired to own. Fred and Jeff closed the administrative portion of the deal. Fred and Jeff took the extra time to explain my many questions in detail, so I had a better understanding of the contract and service agreements. The ED Morse team over the years provided us with awesome maintenance support and recently a very pleasurable vehicle purchase experience.

Louis our sales person was wonderful. The finance person was horrible!!! He cussed like a sailor, and everything was "freaking" this and "freaking" that! Then he didn't even go over the finance page with us! He didn't let us choose the amount of months we wanted to finance or anything! We didn't know what our interest was on the loan, the payments, or terms until after we got home and went through all the paperwork! Plus the whole ordeal took 4 and a half hours!!! It should have taken 2 hours at the most, and we were the only ones in there! When Tina is gone, we are gone!! Shoddy, shoddy business practices!!!

The person I dealt with was Bob in the repair shop. He was very nice and polite that set up the appointment for me. When I arrived he took the car right to the shop across the street. 1 1//2 hours latter my car was ready. Repair was (to me) was perfect. I also was able to talk with the person who did the work and personally thanked him for a well done job. I had no idea how long it would take, Bob did tell me an estimate how long it would be. My salesman was Mr. Cole Godwin, a very professional, standup guy. I was an out of state buyer, so all my negotiating was done over the phone. The dealership offered me an extremely fair deal on my trade in (no negotiating needed) and we had a little bit of negotiating on the truck I was buying which was expected. Once I arrived at the dealership (0845), I test drove the new truck while the dealership checked out my trade in. Everything checked out, I sat down with finance guy and was done and out the door by lunch. Great dealership! The service crew is nice and friendly, they just lack communication, I was the one that had to call for updates on the truck, when someone said they didn’t know the status of it they were going to call me back but they never did, so I had to call back and get the update again, I got to pick up my truck on the 7th of Jan thinking it was good to go, not even an hour later the same issue started to happen again, I called the service dept at 4:30pm and no answer so I left a voicemail, no one called me the next day, I did wait and was hoping someone would have called, no one did. Thursday I drove my truck to work and it just seemed like the issue was getting worse, the transmission just wouldn’t shift and every time I pressed on the gas pedal it was just very sluggish to start going, I was driving with my work crew when it happened to get worse, I thought I was going to have to tow it but luckily made it. I did tell the service guy to drive it when I dropped it off yesterday Jan 8th so they knew what I was talking about, I’m not sure they did though. I dropped it off and left. I had to get back to work. I’m just upset the issue wasn’t fixed and there was hardly any communication. I really need a rental or a loaner vehicle but I’m told this dealership doesn’t offer it, so I’m stuck paying this payment and a rental until my 2026 Colorado with only 12,000 miles gets fixed. Wishing I could get some sort of help for that.

They are so helpful when it comes to making sure that my car is in good shape and when parts need to be replaced on it. They will always let me leave it there the night before so that way they can just pull it in and started working on it. And I think it makes it easier that way. They are always so nice when I go up there to see when I can make appointment to get it in.

I had appointment with you at 1 you came to get at 430 i got off my truck was not in the parking lot so I call and thay it fell through the crack for got to start my oil change at 430 so I had to find a ride up there i will probably go somewhere else

I brought in our 2017 Buick Enclave for a tire rotation and to check out a possible front end noise I here on sharp slow turns. They rotated the tires and reset the Service Tire monitoring system light that was already on. When my wife arrived to pick up the vehicle, Ed Morse employees had to jump start the battery so my wife could drive it away. She called me concerned about the battery, so I told her to go back and get it replaced. I was very Surprised that they would send her off like that, with a possible bad battery. The next day the Service Tire monitoring system light came back on. I'm not likely to use your service again.

Just kept me waiting without offering a car for me to drive! Was told 4 hours drop my car off. Dropped car off my nephew checked in they said shouldn’t be much longer! Was told later it would probably be 45 minutes….. was given a trail blazer to drive home after 5 pm!!! Sweet staff but felt like they could of given me a car to drive much earlier
